These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alchemy Breaking Academy website and enrollment in our programs. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A signup fee is charged at enrollment. An annual registration fee applies beginning one year after enrollment. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
By providing consent, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Alchemy Breaking Academy. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
You agree to follow academy rules and the Member Handbook, treat staff and students with respect, and not misuse our facilities or communications channels.
Participation in breaking and martial arts activities involves inherent risk. Your enrollment includes acceptance of our Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
